 My son loves his new "night vision" January 6, 2009
My 5 yr old son got this for Christmas and so far he seems to really like it. I dont know if I would say you can see 50' like the actual product says, but you can see close to it, especially if you have a person or animal that you are walking towards. I would buy it again!
Nightvision goggles---Sweet! January 6, 2009
These night vision goggles sounded to good to be true(as described). When we opened up the package, installed the batteries, and adjusted the headgear the next thing was to turn off the lights! WOW! Seemed very similar to what is used in the military. Very impressive for up to about 50ft or so. Great for around the house, although we have not tried them outside as of yet.
 be careful with the straps January 6, 2009
head straps proved difficult to adjust. One of the strap buckles broke while attempting to adjust strap. Otherwise, the product lives up to expectations.
Bought this for my nephew January 6, 2009
I do not have tons of details since I have not tried it myself, but I bought it for my nephew. He is 12 yrs old and about had a smiling heart attack when he opened it. He and my brother have both said it is awesome and really cool. So....so far so good. I don't have info on durability or anything, but apparently it works pretty good as promised.

Gave this to my husband and my oldest granddaughter. Had so much fun with it!!! They were estatic!!br /br /We are so ready now when the skunks try to move in!!! Can use this to track 'em down in the dark!
