 Weak Strap November 19, 2008
I was initially very happy with the design and look of the bag. It looked very sturdy. However, after 1 month's usage, i discovered the right strap's thread is starting to come off from the seam. Moreover, it's not the usual strap that i normally used to carry the bag. I used to carry a file and notebook.
I'm truly disappointed as i had high regards for swiss gear's product. I initially thought of buying another smaller version but I don't think so anymore.

this bag surprised me. the construction and durability are outstanding. plenty of pockets for everything from computer to snacks. heavy padding ensures safety for your computer from damage. very pleased

I got this on-sale and was happy till I got it.I am little unsatisfied with the sturdiness of the bag.I am impressed by the way it can organize your things ....too much room for your little things as well...but its too large for me .....hope I could have a smaller version of it....... The shoulder straps are too broad and not soft.....little uncomfortable again....I can recommend it for traveling and those whose have 15" lappie...Again,I wish AMAZON can upload some more pics. of these backpacks such that buyers can know what they are buying ..... Definitely not worth 120$ ...can buy if not more than 30$(+/- 5)....
