Got Space? October 13, 2008 This bag has got it in spades! Well made and thought out except for the carry handle stuck on the back side(?). Well divided and padded, it holds ALL my stuff except for the monopod. It dropped a star because of the goofy carry handle.
Camera Bag That Works July 11, 2008 This camera bag is well made. Has good padding. It handles Sony Alpha Series DSLR camera body, three lenses, extra batteries, flash cards, plus charger and cords. The shoulder strap is comfortable but the hand carrying strap seems more like an after thought. When using the hand strap the bag hangs at an awkward angle. All in all I'm quite pleased with the bag.
A DSLR camera bag that can take everything you need. February 28, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have strugled for a while searching for a camera bag for my DSLR camera that is medium in size that can take all my little gear and have room for future expansion.br /br /I am not a pro-photographer with super telephoto lenses and havey gear. infact I am an amature who enjoy photography as a hobby.br /br /let me start by listing what I have in the bag;br /br /1 - Nikon D40 6.1MP Digital SLR 18-55mm Camera Kit lens (Yes, am a Nikon user)br /2 - Nikon 18-200mm Zoom-Nikkor Lensbr /3 - Nikon 70-300mm VR Zoom Nikkorbr /4 - Nikon SB-600 Speedlight Flash for Nikon Digital SLR Camerasbr /5 - Digital Concepts Silver Mini Tripod with Extension Legs and Tilt Headbr /br /so I was able to put in my camera and two extra lenses, a speed flash and mini-tripod.br /br /plus,br /br /Camera filters, cleaning kit, user manual, digital field guide book, extra camera battery and AAA batteries.br /br /and there is still more room, for extra small lens and another flash unit or anything I can think of in the future.br /br /I strongly recomend this bag for anyone who have more/less of the items above. regardless what DSLR camera you use.br /br /I rate this bag as 5 stars for the following reasons,br /br /Duribility: The bag is made from high quality fabric and the bag it self is lightbr /br /Space: lots of room, with velcro dividers. I did not have to change any of the setup as it was very nicely partitioned for various needs and pockets.br /br /Price: spot on!br /br /looks: Everyone complimented this bag when they saw me carrying it... however, this bag looks a typical camera bag and for those who want a camera bag which do not look typical, I recomend the Tamrac 3548 Express Pack 8 (Khaki) for everyday use and this bag for traveling or full day photography sessions.
perfect with one exception January 27, 2007 6 out of 14 found this review helpful
Like my camera equipment this carrying case is for the serious photographer -- enough adjustable, secure and safe space and compartments for practically everything - br /the top is not soft black leather but of a durable washable fabric, the shoulder strap is comfortable, there is enough room for another camera, cell phone, Iphone, lenses, small booklets, glasses etc. The one exception that would be nice is the capability to having the carrying case converted into a back pack with straps and hooks. As a waist pack it is too bulky for women even though it is possible to hang a water bottle with a rope hook onto the carrying strap. Bottom line.......perfect for travel and for being a successful photographer anywhere on the Planet. Bottom line: the expedited shipping takes 3 days as advertised and I love it.
