Great Band - Quintessential 80's October 7, 2008 This is a great collection of what makes Squeeze, Squeeze. Classic POP hits from the 80's. It is rife with incredible turns of phrase and Brit imagery. br /br /If you are a fan of the band or of 80's new wave then this is a collection for you.
Very Good DVD May 19, 2008 If you're debating whether to pick this up, it's really shouldn't be a tough decision. For the content value, it's a must-have. My only gripe with it was the lack of DTS audio. I know there are always financial reasons why it isn't done on certain releases, but if you look at some other releases that do have it and get a much better treatment, then it leaves you shaking your head in disgust. All that aside, the audio for these videos does sound pretty good (especially the second half of them). The concert that's included here is great to have as well, although that's where the DTS was most sorely missing.
Great Stuff !! February 25, 2008 It was great seeing some of these videos again and some never seen. Loads of fun here!

Wow, first of all, am I 13 yrs. or older? Would someone that young even know who Squeeze was / is? Too funny, I'll be 51 the end of Jan. 2008. Just seeing what's out in dvd land that I don't have and found this, what I'll call a gem. Looks like a GREAT collection. I can remember picking up the first album U.K. Squeeze back around 1977 - 78 and loving it ever since and the majority of their output after that. I am definately buying this now. Take Me I'm Yours. I've been waiting for years for this DVD... August 23, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
...ever since MTV stopped being a reliable source for music videos (or at least ones that I gave a toss about.) This DVD is perfect. I can replace the old videotape of the "Singles 45 and Under" videos, and get a look (finally) at all the videos that came out after "Hourglass," most of which I had never seen, or only glimpsed. And they are amazing, especially "This Summer," which is a delightful bit of whimsy from the lads. As an extra super special bonus, a longish live concert from the "Sweets from a Stranger" era is included. Fantastic!
